NAS Inaugurates Pearl Lounge at Marsa Alam International Airport

National Aviation Services (NAS), the fastest growing aviation services provider in emerging markets, inaugurated two new Pearl lounges at the Marsa Alam International Airport recently. General Tarek Zada, Marsa Alam Airport Manager and Mohamed Galal, NAS Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), cut the inaugural ribbon.

General Tarek Zada, Marsa Alam Airport Manager said: “The Marsa Alam Aiport is witnessing huge traffic growth, with a forecast of seats booked between June and November 2017 showing over 200% increase from the same period in 2016. Having world-class lounges is part of our vision to ensure the airport’s facilities and services are always developing to accommodate incoming visitors from around the world. “

The newly inaugurated Pearl Lounges at the Marsa Alam International Airport will offer passengers complimentary Wi-Fi, tablets, charging power points, food and beverages and comfortable seating.

Ashraf Boutros, General Manager, NAS Egypt, said: “The increase in leading international airlines flying direct to Marsa Alam this year is a testament to the growing importance of this travel destination. The NAS experience, starting from our Meet and Assist services to the lounge facilities helps travelers have a relaxed and stress-free journey through the airport.”

Globally, NAS operates more than 30 airport lounges and also manages ground handling for seven out of the top 10 airlines across the Middle East, India, and Africa.
