Marine Umulisa, General Manager at NAS Rwanda, heads our lounge operations at Kigali International Airport.

With more than six years of management experience in hospitality, she is an expert in building reputation building through excellent customer care services. Prior to joining NAS, she served as General Manager for Highlands Suites Hotel (Kigali Real Estates), where she managed business operations for the hotel that included planning, budgeting, facility management, implementation of hotel policies and house rules, collaborations, events and relationship management.

Marine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Rwanda, and a Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University.
