National Aviation Services (NAS) had been awarded for “HR Innovation of the Year” by QnA International and endorsed by Dubai Government Human Resources Department. The award was in recognition of the company’s efforts in automation and the use of AI technology to facilitate HR assistance to all NAS employees. With 10,000 employees in more than 55 locations, digital transformation has been at the helm of NAS’s HR goals led by Rabah Bu Hamdan, Chief Human Resources Officer and the NAS HR team.
Some of the most recent applications were developed at an exceptionally challenging time for the aviation industry.
