National Aviation Services (NAS) was awarded three titles at the Future Workplace Awards 2021. An award for “Best HR Transformation & Change Management Strategy” and a Mark of Excellence each for “Best Social Impact Initiative” and “Best Crisis Communication Strategy”.

With 10,000 employees across more than 55 locations, the HR team led by Rabah Bu Hamdan, Chief Human Resources Officer, has been working diligently despite faced with the challenges of a pandemic. With initiative and hard work, NAS introduced several innovative solutions in the best interest of the employees and the business.
