Abu Dhabi International Airport inaugurates new VIP Terminal

Abu Dhabi Airports inaugurated a luxury VIP Terminal at Abu Dhabi International Airport, in partnership with National Aviation Services (NAS), yesterday.
H.E. Ali Majed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Airports officially opened the terminal with a ribbon cutting ceremony together with Hassan El-Houry, Chief Executive Officer of National Aviation Services (NAS).
H.E. Ali Majed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Airports, said: ‘The main objective behind this new proposition is to enhance the service level offered at Abu Dhabi International Airport to passengers from all travelling classes. Through the new VIP Terminal, Abu Dhabi Airports aims to provide the ultimate in privacy, luxury and security through unique personalized services.”
The 924 square metres facility will be operated by National Aviation Services (NAS), an internationally recognized aviation services provider, which currently provides Golden Class services in Terminals 1 and 3.
All passengers, regardless of their ticket class or destination and airline, can use the terminal by paying a pre-set fee.
The terminal has dedicated facilities, separate from those of Terminals 1 and 3, as it includes its own drop off area accessed via a roadway built specifically to accommodate it. It also offers immigration, police and baggage handling facilities. Mercedes Benz limousine services will be used to ferry passengers to and from the terminal and aircraft and they will be chaperoned by a special services agent
