Mwanza ground Handling Company Ltd (AIRCO) provides passenger and aircraft ground handling services at Mwanza airport since September 2000. Dynamically growing company and constantly analyzing development opportunities in the markets of other countries. Expanded its operation via major strategic investment in JUBA AIRCO Handling Company and is now handling Juba (South Sudan) Airport. With 13 years of experience and a highly qualified team of professionals, AIRCO provides services to the recognized leaders in the aviation sector. Mwanza ground Handling Company Ltd (AIRCO) was awarded a 10 year concession to provide ground handling services for Julius Nyerere International Airport (Dar-Es-Salam, Tanzania)

We are pleased to announce the following:

NAS & AIRCO have entered into a joint venture forming NAS-DAR AIRCO Company limited and will provide full ground handling services as the second ground handling provider JNIA Dar es Salaam bringing in with it much needed competition and providing airlines with additional choice and price for Ground Handling services.

The new deal will include brand new Ground Handling equipment from top GSE suppliers that include Passenger Handling/Ramp Handling/Bag Wrapping at the airport. In addition, we will also introduce NAS Pearl Assist, our expanding Meet & Assist service providing airport fast track to quickly go through airport immigration & customs.

With a worldwide network of services around the globe from the Middle East, South Asia, Afghanistan & Africa. NAS has always been keen on investing in the countries we see great opportunity and potential in. Simultaneously our belief is that we should give back to that country in a multitude of ways and NAS-DAR AIRCO made sure to hire a complete Tanzanian team to handle the operations in Dar es Salaam.

NAS being a multiple award winning ISAGO qualified Company, we will implement world class operational standards in Dar es Salaam & simultaneously training and hiring 100% local Tanzanian staff to implement and uphold high operational standards.

NAS total investment in Africa in 2015 & 2016 exceeded 50 Million USD, where our specialty as Ground Handling experts brings in with it new ground handling equipment, latest in airport technology infrastructure and IT equipment that covers everything a modern airport will require. Our own in-house IT department successfully develops proprietary software that is currently in use in International airports around the world.
